  • CDP

CDP Carbon Disclosure: The Carbon Disclosure Project provides critical climate change data to the global market, and its online database is the world's largest registry of corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and climate change strategies.

Many organizations in developed countries are beginning to measure and disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and climate change strategies through the Carbon Disclosure Project to set emission reduction targets and continuously improve their performance.

Independent verification is one of the key strategic objectives of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and is becoming part of the overall carbon reporting of major companies around the world. Independent verification helps users assess the confidence level of reported data, which is critical to organizational investment and other decisions.

  • SBTi

1. Scientific Carbon Target (SBTi) :

The scientific carbon target specifies how far and how fast a company needs to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions in order to limit global warming to 2 ° C or 1.5 ° C over pre-industrial levels.

Based on the "innovation diffusion theory", the SBTi selects 20% as a threshold or potential "critical value" and sets targets for different industries or regions to evaluate different regions and industries.

2.Relevant standards, cases and other information can be queried on the official website https://sciencebasedtargets.org/

3. How to set SBT scientific carbon targets:

There are currently three publicly available methods for setting scientific carbon targets: (1) The first absolute emission compression method. With this approach, all companies reduce absolute emissions at the same rate, regardless of initial emission performance. (2) The second is the sectoral approach, which uses emission convergence to set physical intensity targets based on emission reductions associated with specific commercial measures; (3) The third method is the economic intensity contraction method, which sets the target of carbon emission intensity reduction per unit value added.

  • Green Factory

In 2016, the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology implemented the creation of green manufacturing system, and it has been 9 years, and the creation of green factories is generally created at the municipal level, provincial level and national level.

CQM (including subsidiaries) signed a total of more than 250 green factory creation related service projects, of which 78 have been assessed as national or provincial green factory comb.

  • Green Supply Chain

1. Conducive to the promotion of corporate brand image and product marketing;

2. Improve the green management of enterprise supply chain;

3. Apply for relevant financial awards;

(300,000 to 1 million at the national level, 200,000 to 500,000 at the provincial level, specific subsidy policies to inquire local industry and information department documents).

  • Green Product Design Demonstration Unit Application

For target customers to prepare the green product design demonstration unit declaration requirements of Industrial Product Green Design Demonstration Enterprise Declaration.

In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and The State Council to reach the peak of carbon neutrality, implement the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for Industrial Green Development, accelerate the promotion of industrial green and low-carbon development, continue to cultivate industrial product green design demonstration enterprises, select a group of typical enterprises that can play a leading role, and enhance the supply capacity and market influence of green products (services). It is organizing to carry out the work of recommending demonstration enterprises for green design of industrial products.

  • Energy Conservation Assessment of Fixed Assets Projects

To prepare audit reports on energy conservation in fixed assets investment for enterprises.

The Energy Conservation Law clearly states that the state implements an energy conservation evaluation and review system for fixed asset investment projects. Projects that do not meet the mandatory energy conservation standards shall not be approved or approved for construction by the authorities responsible for the examination and approval of such projects according to law; The construction unit may not start construction; Those that have already been built may not be put into production or use. The Measures for Energy Conservation Review of Fixed asset Investment Projects make it clear that the energy conservation review opinions of fixed asset investment projects are an important basis for project construction, completion acceptance and operation management.

For government-invested projects, the construction unit shall obtain the energy conservation examination opinions issued by the energy conservation examination authority before submitting the project feasibility study report. For projects invested by enterprises, the construction unit shall obtain the energy conservation examination opinions issued by the energy conservation examination authority before starting construction. For projects that have not been examined for energy conservation in accordance with the provisions of these Measures, or that have not passed the energy conservation examination, the construction unit shall not start construction, and those that have been completed shall not be put into production or use.

Since its implementation in 2010, the energy assessment system has played a positive role in improving the energy efficiency level of new projects, controlling irrational energy consumption from the source, and promoting the completion of energy consumption "double control" goals.

  • Energy Audit

Conduct energy audit for enterprises, analyze and find energy saving opportunities, and prepare energy audit reports.

Usually focus on energy use units (industrial), public institutions (non-industrial),

(1) Industry:

Government departments generally do not mandate (encourage), the need for mandatory energy audits mainly involves:

a. There are violations of energy use (energy conservation supervision and rectification);

b. The product energy consumption index exceeds the limit;

c. Failed to complete the energy-saving target task;

d. The government clearly stipulates that energy audits must be carried out.

(2) Non-industrial (public institutions) :

Note: Notices are usually issued.

  • Energy-saving Diagnosis

Conduct energy audit for enterprises, analyze and find energy saving opportunities, and compile energy saving diagnostic reports.

Saving resources is the basic national policy of our country. Energy saving and efficiency is also an important means to achieve the double carbon goal, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Industrial energy saving diagnostic Service Action Plan to encourage the development of energy saving diagnosis, find energy saving potential, and improve energy efficiency and energy saving management level.
