In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all relevant parties of China Quality Mark Certification Group and safeguard the impartiality and authority of China Quality Mark Certification Group, China Quality Mark Certification Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") accepts the supervision of the applicants, licensed organizations, and all sectors of society. Appeals and complaints may be lodged against the phenomena and behaviors of the Group or auditors who violate national certification laws, regulations, and relevant provisions of accreditation bodies, and do not meet the requirements of confidentiality, impartiality, and objectivity of certification.

Appeal: It refers to a written request by the applicant/licensed organization to reconsider an adverse decision made by the Group relating to their desired certification status. (Adverse decisions contain rejections of the application, refusals to continue the audit, requests for corrective action, changes in the scope of the certification, denials of the certification, suspension or withdrawal of the certification, and any other measures that prevent obtaining the certification.)

Complaint: It is normally a signed written statement or verifiable oral statement from any organization or individual to formally express their dissatisfaction with CQM's certification policy, operation process, and certification results, and the performance of certification personnel, as well as the products, certification certificates, and certification/recognition marks of the licensed organization.
