The first "Standard • Certification +" Forum successfully concluded and will be held permanently
On June 28, the two-day "Standard • Certification +" China Day Forum to help the high-quality development of the industrial chain and Global Good Agricultural Practices (Hainan) ended successfully. The "Standards • Certification +" forum will continue to be held and will become a permanent forum organized by CQM, which will be held once or more per year. CQM will use the forum as a medium for government and enterprise communication, building a platform to promote industrial chain collaboration and share experience.
In this forum, nearly 400 guests from government, enterprises, associations, scientific research institutes participated in the scene, and more than 10,000 viewers watched the forum through live broadcast.
During the two days, more than 40 experts, entrepreneurs and heads of relevant government departments made keynote speeches.
A number of government functional departments, industry experts and scholars have studied the high-quality development of the agricultural and food industry from the perspectives of policy interpretation, industry development, technology, capital, brand and digitalization and so on. Local governments and enterprises have shared the practical experience of "Standard • Certification +" from their own perspectives. In the exhibition area of the forum, the local excellent and famous products have been displayed by "standard • certification +". Among them, there are "Shanxi Standard", “Heshun double standard certification products”, "Four treasures of Jishan", "Quality Nujiang", "Xinjiang Quality", and some local brands and commodities in Hainan. At this forum, a number of cooperation agreements or intentions were reached between the government and enterprises, and between the upstream and downstream of the enterprise supply chain.
The Forum also held the Qiong local discussion and roundtable forum. Different from other round table forums, the round table of this forum invites representatives of local governments and enterprises who have been widely concerned after sharing their experiences during the forum, and the audience hopes to learn more successful experiences from them.
In the round table forum, Mr. Li Zhiqiang, a First-level Inspector of Shanxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration, explained how to use standards and certification to help local industrial high-quality development at the government management level. His speech had a broad vision and closely combined quality academic research and government management practice, which attracted wide attention.
Mr. Cha Jiliang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Lushui Municipal People's Government in Nujiang, Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, shared the practical experience of how standards and certification are applied at the county and city level to help local poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the later stage.
Mr. Chen Jianguo, Food Safety Director of Yonghui Supermarket Co., LTD., said in the share that only through standard certification can we ensure that the quality is a stable output. Only after a stable output can we ensure that the quality received at the consumer end is stable. This will be more acceptable to consumers. For retailers, Yonghui hopes that the source or the upstream end of the supply chain production, operation and management process is run under the standard framework.
Mr. Yang Qiang, Vice President of Jin Brand Co., LTD., shared how Jin’s wine started from the quality management system, and improved the entire management quality level through the construction of the management structure of the enterprise in many aspects. Jin and CQM have established a certification system to solve the pain points of vintage wine identification that have existed for a long time in the industry. Jin certified vintage wine after the market last year, demand exceeded supply, promoting the development of the entire product.
Mr. Hou Xueming, Regional Quality Manager of Zhengda Hongye Food Co., LTD., Inner Mongolia, said that in terms of standards and certification to help the sustainable development of enterprises, it not only brings empowerment to the brand, but also brings value-added effect to the product in the process of certification. As an entity enterprise, the certification system also brings a lot of convenience to the operation of the enterprise. Zhengda Group has been promoting scientific, standardized and institutionalized construction, and the follow-up will also carry out discussions with CQM Group on non-resistant pork and selenium-rich pork.
Finally, Ms. Ji Xiaodong, Chairman and President of CQM, once again shared how to use the connecting role of the "standard • certification +" platform to help the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain better coordinate and win-win development.
She believes that the work of CQM and the majority of certification personnel and partners is to make all really good products, good management, good elements, will not be submerged in the dust. Let consumers do not have to become shopping experts, trust certification, simple choices, so that they can have more time to enjoy a happy life, do their own real career. She emphasized that certification should pay more attention to value enhancement, giving enterprises/products high-end quality value through certification, certification bodies and enterprises to jointly promote quality innovation and optimization control. In the process of standardization and certification, enterprises continue to achieve quality improvement and transformation and upgrading, so that products can obtain greater appreciation space and win a larger market. We are willing to share the working concept of CQM's "Six Transformations and Three Steps" and serve governments at all levels, all walks of life and consumers to help the high-quality development of the industrial chain.
